The biggest Windows 11 update (KB5031455) in history was announced by Microsoft in September 2023. However, initially, the update rolled out at a very slow pace. Only now, according to the specialized resource Neowin, Moment 4 is available to anyone.
You can download the update, which comes with a minor security patch, from the “Windows Update Center.” At the moment, you can opt out of the update, but starting in November, Moment 4 will be mandatory for all Windows 11 users.
